Lawn Chairs Have Never Looked Better
About Share PurchaseThese lawn chairs are bright white, plastic and bend with every little movement you make. They collect water and dirt like nobody’s business. They’re hot in the summer and cool in the fall; they’re the opposite of the third bear in Goldilocks: they’re never right. My parents have these chair on their back patio and people sometimes choose to stand rather than plop down in one.
Based upon this photo, I’m going to go out on a limb and suggest that setting plays a large part in this. As with so many things, it’s doubtful that these chairs will ever look better than they do here, on the white tile patio of a house, some 20 yards from the Caribbean Sea. If I ever ran an advertising agency, all I’d ever pitch to my clients would be concepts involving good looking women doing things by the Caribbean. It wouldn’t matter whether they made tires or calculators; the formula would remain the same. Because it works.
